Safety and Reliability
1. Adopting a large-span articulated design optimizes the load distribution between the front and rear frames. Through simulation and bench testing, the overall structural strength is higher. The front frame steel plate thickness has been increased to 20mm, and it is the industry's first to use Q355ND low-alloy high-strength steel plate. Through low-carbon design and micro-alloying, a balance between high strength and low-temperature toughness is achieved, resulting in the industry's widest temperature range adaptability and longer service life.
2. We have jointly developed a dedicated battery for construction machinery with a battery manufacturer. The PACK uses a high-strength aviation-grade aluminum profile housing, meeting the safety requirements of GB 31467.3 standard with a lifespan three times longer-the highest in the industry. It boasts an IP68 waterproof rating, an operating temperature range of -30~65℃, and superior reliability.
3. The gearbox employs both splash and active lubrication methods, with a built-in mechanical oil pump and an integrated filter in the oil circuit. This eliminates the need for external lubrication circuit design and associated costs. It features a 10,000-hour long oil change interval and an ultra-long design life of 20,000 hours.
Reinforced front and rear axles-the reinforced axle housing offers high rigidity, effectively ensuring smooth internal transmission. The reinforced main reduction bevel gear improves reliability by 10%.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving
Through self-developed VCU technology, we have optimized power performance for the electrical load spectrum, resulting in a rational power distribution between the transmission and hydraulic systems. Under the same workload, energy consumption is reduced by 7%, and work efficiency is increased by 5%.
Standard configuration includes an extended boom and a 3.5 cubic meter bucket, rationally matching traction and digging force for smoother loading and more stable operation.
3. Optimized braking strategy and hydraulic system high-pressure power reduction function improve energy efficiency by 5%. It also adds a function to avoid accidental second gear engagement, reducing the failure rate, and adds a bulldozing mode to reduce the problem of rapid torque changes with speed, meeting the needs of heavy-duty operations.
Leading the Future with Intelligence
1. Equipped with a 10-inch LCD screen, enabling voice control and remote OTA upgrades. Standard features include a reversing camera, Bluetooth, and radio, offering richer configuration options.
2. Added maintenance information reminder function to improve human-machine interaction and reduce problems caused by maintenance.
3. To achieve better material stacking, an automatic slope holding function is added to prevent reversing and reduced stacking efficiency caused by unstable throttle control during material stacking.
4. Optimized intelligent start-stop function. When the driver is waiting for work, the superstructure motor can enter sleep mode to reduce energy waste. Pulling the handbrake can also trigger the motor to sleep mode.
Intelligent Temperature Control
1. Adopting an integrated thermal management solution, the number of fans is reduced from 7 to 4, and the number of compressors and condensers is reduced from 2 to 1, improving reliability by 50%.
2. The system uses a unified central controller to monitor and adjust the temperature distribution within the system in real time. Through intelligent optimization of heat distribution and management, heat is utilized more precisely, resulting in energy savings of 5%.
