Tips.01
Before construction: carefully check the bulldozer

01
Survey the construction area in advance. If there is a lot of water or a risk of vehicle sinking at the construction site, the construction should be cancelled and continue after the risk is eliminated.
02
Comprehensively inspect the bulldozer. First, check the cab's sealing performance to prevent rainwater from entering. Next, inspect the engine oil dipstick seal to ensure it is in good condition and prevent rainwater from entering the oil pan. Check the air pre-filter, starter motor, and generator wiring connections for any looseness or rust, and address any potential issues promptly to avoid dampness affecting subsequent operations.
03
Timely discharge of water from the fuel system. In rainy weather, the temperature is low and the humidity is high, so it is easier to accumulate water vapor in the fuel tank. Please discharge the water and impurities in the fuel tank, oil-water separator, hydraulic oil tank and other containers in time. If conditions permit, please refill the fuel tank before finishing work every day.
Tips.02
Construction: Timely maintenance is crucial

01
Always prevent moisture from entering the electrical system. During rainy weather, electrical system failures such as contact corrosion and harness short circuits can occur, which can prevent the bulldozer from operating. When working in water, avoid tilting the bulldozer too much to prevent the front part from being submerged, which could damage the fan blades and radiator. The water level should not exceed the centerline of the chain sprocket.
02
If the bulldozer has a tendency to sink, it should exit the sunken area in time. If it cannot exit the dangerous area in time, it should call for rescue immediately and evacuate personnel to a safe area.
03
After completing the work, return to the original route. When returning, do not try to take other new routes unless the operator is familiar with the new route and can ensure the safety of the route. Confirm that the bulldozer's headlights, working lights, top lights, instrument lights, wipers and other lights are working normally to ensure safe driving.
Tips.03
Parking precautions

01
Close the main power switch in time. If only the key switch is turned off, some electrical components are still powered on, which will continue to consume the battery power and affect the next engine start. The wiring harness is also a safety hazard when it is powered on. When the operator leaves, disconnect the main power switch.
02
Clean the bulldozer parts. Thoroughly clean the bulldozer chassis system, trolley frame, floating oil seal, etc., wipe and maintain the necessary parts; check whether the oil release bolts of each system are loose; clean up the water in time to prevent rust.
03
Choose a suitable parking location. If possible, park the bulldozer in an indoor dry area. If stored outdoors, ensure that the fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, rear axle box filler cap, and end caps are tightly sealed to prevent rainwater from seeping into the tanks and causing the oil to degrade. Keep the bulldozer away from areas prone to landslides or rising river levels, and ensure that the bulldozer is well-maintained with sufficient fuel, allowing for immediate evacuation if needed.
04
Long-term storage precautions. If you need to store the bulldozer for an extended period, place it on a well-drained concrete surface and cover it with waterproof material. Run the machine once a month to operate all systems, ensure the oil circulates thoroughly, lubricate all parts, and charge the battery. Turn on the air conditioning cooling function and run it for 3-5 minutes to allow the refrigerating oil and coolant to circulate properly, lubricating components such as the compressor.
