④The gearbox should be cleaned every 500h or so and the gear oil should be replaced. The cleaning method is as follows: After the bulldozer is finished working, the dirty oil is released when it is hot, and then an appropriate amount of clean diesel oil is added. The bulldozer moves forward and backs up several times. Clean the gear oil, pay attention to use different specifications of gear oil for different hand joints, use winter gear oil in winter, and use summer gear oil in summer. In addition to this, regularly check the seals of the oil seals and the liner cardboard in all parts of the bulldozer. If they are in good condition, they should be replaced if necessary.
